Purna Chandra Reddy Chandragiri

An architect by profession, Chandu brings a designer’s eye to how Modcon plans and builds.

Chandu brings professional architectural experience to Modcon, and with it a focus on how spaces are planned, how light and air move through them, and how people live in them.

Together with Manikanta, he guided Agartha: Roots of Earth, the regenerative permaculture farmland project recognised with the Outlook Business Spotlight Entity Award 2024 by Business Mint.

Manikanta Sridhar Malladi

Manikanta co-founded Modcon to build landmarks that bring trust, value and sustainability to the communities around them.

Manikanta co-leads Modcon with Chandu, steering the firm’s projects across Hyderabad and the UAE, from Agartha: Roots of Earth to MODCON ONE on the Srisailam Highway.

Under their leadership, Agartha received the Outlook Business Spotlight Entity Award 2024 by Business Mint.

Subbarao Punnam Venkata

Subbarao brings two decades across technology, finance and entrepreneurship to how Modcon works with buyers and investors.

Subbarao began in technology: an MCA from Pune University in 2000, then nine years as a software engineer and architect at Atos Origin in Paris and Milan, where he also completed an MBA in Finance.

Back in India from 2009, he held leadership roles at Wipro, IBM and JP Morgan, and co-founded MachineCode, a geospatial information systems firm. He came to real estate as an informed investor before building a career in it.
